If you have eaten at one of Sonic's restaurants recently, Sonic wants to hear from you about your experience. This is especially true if you have used Sonic's drive in feature recently. When you go to Sonic drive in, you will be given an ID number on your receipt to fill out a survey on their survey website,

When you go to their website, enter the ID number on the bottom of your receipt to go to the survey. By providing your feedback, you will help ensure that Sonic is able to provide top notch quality service to you, the customer. There is a reward for filling out the survey as well. When you fill out the survey, not only do you provide valuable feedback to help improve the quality of your local Sonic, but in addition, you will be given a validation code that is usable to redeem the offer that you received on your receipt from your most recent visit!   1. I went to the Sonic Drive In on February 19, 2013 between 7 & 7:30 PM. I ordered 2 Junior Deluxe Cheese Burgers, 1 small order of Tater Tots, & 2 small drinks. When our order cam it totaled $7. I gave your employee $20 for which I should have gotten back $13. I only got $11.
    Not realizing what had happened I gave your employee a $1 tip. I did not realize what had happened until later that evening. I do not believe that your employee should have assumed a $2 tip.
