Sunday, April 24, 2011 - Hallmark Customer Experience Survey is essentially a survey website for Hallmark customers. The home page gives the browser the option of going through it in English or Spanish. Once you chose English, you will see immediately that survey takers are entered into a contest to potentially win $1000 and receive a discount on their next purchase at a Hallmark store.

To the left on the survey page, there is an image of a Hallmark receipt giving the survey taker a visual explanation of how to go about taking one. There is also a help link for those who still have difficultly understanding how to begin the survey. You need a receipt to enter and you will get the information found on the receipt when you make a purchase at Hallmark. However, to enter, a user must enter the survey number found on the receipt, the date and time of their visit, and the amount they spent while at Hallmark.

Additionally, there are links at the bottom of the page. They include rules and regulations of the contest, the privacy policy, a copyright and information, and the system requirements needed by a user to take the survey. All in all, the page is very basic and easy to navigate. The ability to transfer the data from the receipt is made much easier by having a sample receipt displayed for the user to compare and contrast to, which takes the guesswork out.
