www.TellWag.com - Walgreens Survey Sweepstakes

Www.TellWag.com is the site through which Walgreen Co. or Walgreens, the largest chain of drugstores in the United States, invites you to participate in its ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’. You can participate in this 20-minute survey, either in English or in Spanish, by entering the survey number and password from your invitation receipt, within 3-days of your purchase from any of its nearly 8,170 drugstores. This survey will enable you to share your positive shopping experience or even otherwise with this century-old organization and help its headquarter located at Deerfield, Illinois, to take necessary actions for further improvement.

You can earn yourself an entry in the “May 2011 Receipt Survey Sweepstakes” through participation in this survey. However, if you want to receive an entry in this sweepstakes, which is running from 12:00:01 a.m. on 1st May 2011 to 11:59:59 p.m. on 31st May 2011, by participating in this survey over telephone, you can do so by calling up the number 1-800-763-0547. This sweepstakes even provides you the opportunity to enter without making any purchase and skipping the survey, by sending your hand-written details to the address found in the sweepstakes rules at www.tellwag.com

  1. Walgreens on Reseach and Gosling in the Woodlands, Texas has the worst photo service. Do not go there. Go to Kinko's or even CVS. Stay away from Walgreens. Tinted pictures, bad attitude, and poor service from the manager there. He will tell you you are always wrong and he is always right. Did not do as I asked. When I wanted to speak to another manager, he said he was the manager of that department and would not call another person over. No more Walgreens for me.

  3. I used to belong to Healthnet and bought pharmacy from CVS. I bought three months supply. Atenolol, Ins. paid zero and I paid $7.11. Isosorbide Mono, Ins paid $5.46 and I paid $12.00. Sinvastatin, ins. paid $1.99 and I paid $12.00. Why is it more expensive at Walgreen. Atenolol, Ins paid $10.44 and I paid $8.55. Isosorbide, Ins paid $64.69 and I paid $30.00. Sinvastatin, Ins. paid $43.92 and I paid $13.05. Perhaps I should check other pharmacies. Chris
